Relationship between TSH and vitamin levels?
I understand good vitamin levels are critical for good thyroid function, so my assumption would be that poor vitamin levels would contribute to poor thyroid function and therefore TSH would be higher while
vitamins
are suboptimal. Thank you for any help/knowledge sharing you can give!

Blood test results, vitamins and minerals
Given the GP wants to retest in 3 months' time instead of the usual 6-8 weeks, I think after 8 weeks on 75mcg I should do a private blood test to check everything properly (I've still never had a T3 result) but would like to work on my
vitamins
/minerals between now and then and would appreciate some

Getting tests & results by Thursday afternoon
I need a full thyroid profile (to see if
vitamins
are better now) and adrenal saliva tests ideally. I have a private GP's appointment and the tests they sent last Tuesday haven't arrived... so I'm looking for backup! Any help and suggestions gratefully received.

September Challenge - Walk and Forage
It’s packed with antioxidants,
vitamins
C, A and K. Studies in rats suggest they help balance and coordination. Foraging has distinct seasons for specific plants. She writes: - In April she collects dandelion leaves and nettle tops. - May and June brings wild garlic and elderflowers.

In a quandary
I told her how I was working hard to optimise my
vitamins
and minerals and she happily agreed to get those tested. I then asked if she’d be able to test my thyroid levels and she agreed to test my TSH, T4 and TPO antibodies.

Endo supplements
Hi all, Just wondered if anyone take any supplements/
vitamins
or something that they find helps keep their periods regular. I was on the combined pill for 8 years and decided to come off it as I wanted my body back.

Damned if don't damned if you do. That's an overactive thyroid. Simple.
I get all the
vitamins
and supplements from the vegetables . Just eat bucket loads of it... You can and should have a good life in spite of of hypothyroidism, a.k.a graves disease... I know. Life isn't so bad...

Low TSH, Subacute Thyroiditis & Iodine Excess
Furthermore, in late August, I started taking prenatal
vitamins
, which contained iodine, and therefore unknowingly prolonged the thyroid inflammation.

Does Anyone Feel?
I follow all the advice on here regarding
vitamins
and minerals. I take Vitamin D and K2, methylated B complex, a seperate folate supplement as folate is often low, selenium. My B12 is very high due to shots. I eat a healthy plant based diet.

interesting find
I’m wondering if these freeze dried capsules would be beneficial because of the
vitamins
and minerals in them as I don't seem to be able to keep my levels of anything up without supplementing. As soon as I stop they seem to drop again quite quickly ,I try and do regular blood checks to monitor.
