both fT4 and fT3 are a bit higher than previous test on same dose ( fT4 a little over range now) .. and correspondingly TSH is quite a bit lower .
Could be a hashimoto's swing . (dumping extra T4/T3 that will go down by itself in a while) ... the increase in TPOab could be an indication that this has happened
or could be the dose has become a bit too much for your needs .
Many Symptoms of slight over medication can easily be mistaken for symptoms of undermedication....... even weight gain / loss is not an absolute certainty for distinguishing between over / under medication .
Either way , a small dose reduction would probably be a good idea to try ... i would reduce levo, since fT4 is the one that's over range.
if you take 75mcg you could try reducing to 67.5mcg or 50mcg
Then retest in 6 wks see where you are at with bloods and see how if it has improved symptoms .
if it is a hashimoto's swing , you may find you have to increase dose back a bit up at some point.
edit .. i'v e assumed you left the same time gap between last dose levo / T3 as you did for previous results .
