Vitamin supplements after 12w
Do you carry on taking multivitamins like Pregnacare for pregnancy after 12w or do you pick and choose the
vitamins
you like? I am 17w today and my recent batch of Pregnacare ran out, I've been taking them for years...

Seeing my GP
My ferritin level is over 100 so I'm pretty happy with that and have just started taking A-Z multi
vitamins
. I avoid the triggers that I know about - caffeine, dairy, alcohol and deep fried food. On Friday I will be seeing my GP to discuss low dose opioids and would be grateful for some advice.

Suspected MS and first neuro appointment
Let me know if you experienced a similar progression or if you have experienced relief from inflammation by using natural
vitamins
/herbs. I started taking black seed nigella stevia. Thank you.

B1 Therapy question
He specifically mentioned things like possible neuropathy or impacting the balance and levels of other B
vitamins
. My question is, has any of you experienced one of the above side effects after HDT or have you heard any report of someone else having done so?

Medichecks Results
The
vitamins
have improved after supplementation since last results 15th March. However the thyroid results are all over the place. I increased the Levo to 100/150 alternating days. So now need to reduce having increased too much!?!

I stopped all
vitamins
a couple of weeks ago pending test results. Hard to remember words and have various thyroid issues, so I know things aren't optimal. That's life! Many thanks for reading.

is it worth trying t3?
I’ve been working hard on improving
vitamins
too but I’m just starting to doubt if Levo is even the answer for me? I have just resigned myself to the fact that I’m always going to feel unwell one way of another which is a pretty bleak outlook really.

They were done first thing in the morning, no levo for 24hrs, no
vitamins
for a week prior. Many thanks for all the help you’re giving me on my hashimoto’s journey.

Vitamins
Hi, can anyone recommend the best
vitamins
to take that don't interfere with Warfarin. I know K is a no-no. I just feel i should be taking something. Thanks.

Wildely different AMH test scores - any thoughts why?
I had been taking a lot of
vitamins
(incl B vits and low level biotin) which i’ve read can influence results, but i don’t think it will be a big impact.

FYI FAMILY
Obviously yes, but it’s often way past the expiration date stamped on it:Properly stored
vitamins
are likely safe past their expiration date for up to two years. Water-soluble
vitamins
, such as B12 and C, are more likely to lose their potency quickly.

avocado - anyone else ?
Hi and happy summer solstice, I’ve recently been trying to improve my diet and read that avocado has many good features, such as high fiber, good fat, vitamin c, b
vitamins
, folate, vitamin k, and something about it helps the body produce glutathione (an antioxidant which helps protect the liver.)

Vitamin B complex
That makes me wonder about the other high doses of B
vitamins
in the Thorne basic B complex. Interested in any opinions. I feel well but wonder if I'm overloading the liver/kidneys with too much supplementation. I was planning on taking one capsule daily.

Peaceful nights at last!
As a lifelong natural health fanatic, I searched and experimented with all kinds of herbs and
vitamins
and so on, in the hope of finding a natural remedy that worked. Nothing did. Eventually, in desperation.
