For 45 years I have taken mega doses of
vitamins
and other health supplements every day without fail. These include 2000mg vitamin C and 400iu of vitamin E and fish oil capsules. These are supposed to enhance the auto immune system.

Donating unused Vitamins
Hi, how is best to go about donating unused
vitamins
and where takes them? They are unused blister packs of Omega 3 capsules. Got tons of them as I take the other supplement but get them in the same box. Seems a shame to waste them. Thanks!

advice for teenage son with ADHD
He is taking a non-stimulant medication called Qelbree along with Accenture
vitamins
. I don't see him "progressing" the way I would like and am trying to figure out what else we can do for him.

Vitamins
are not medication just because they are injected. This seems to be a mind block for physicians and lay people alike. It was in part the many people that shared they injected more than recommended. This did not prove that the body uses B12 for 4 to 6 hours.

Supplements - Dangerous, Essential or Useless?
Another good case for supplementation is older individuals who are not getting many calories and would otherwise risk falling short on certain
vitamins
/minerals or macronutrients, especially protein.

Should Conventional Medicine start blending with Functional Medicine to improve Western healthcare systems?
Which other
vitamins
have the power to devastate the body in this way? I'm not sure I know of one that carries such magnitude.

Her
vitamins
B12, folate and vit D are all usually and consistently deficient or low in range. Iron is usually high or good. So these deficiencies would fit with hypothyroidism.

Hashimotos and Vitamin Deficiencies
When asking a dr. for a thyroid (& platelet) blood test, as I have not had it tested for well over two years, I asked if ft3 & 4 could be tested, plus possibly
vitamins
as I have hashimoto’s.

Is going gluten free worth it and achievable?
Rice has a very high GI and is terrible for blood sugar and removing wholewheat would take tonnes of B
vitamins
out of my diet I’m stuck for what to eat if I remove gluten. Am I over thinking it? Is it really worth it and is it really realistic?

2 year old Toddler with RLS
We have also been doing daily probiotic, orange juice with morning medication,
vitamins
at night and morning, fish oil and vitamin D. He has tested positive for a gene mutation that was inherited from me, but we were told is benign in his case. Dad is ADHD.
