Should I increase dose?

Hi all,

I am looking for suggestions on increasing my dose please. My latest blood test was taken 3rd May and results are below. Dose of t3 day before was half at 6.30am and the other half at 6pm, all t4 taken 24 hrs before blood test. Blood taken 6.30 am,

TSH: 0.02 (0.27-4.2)

T3: 5.0 (3.1-6.8)

T4: 16.6 (12-22)

I feel ok generally but have the odd day when I don’t feel 100% and feel I could benefit from a dose increase . At present I am on 125mcg t4 and 18.75mcg t3. The increase in t3 has made a big difference.

All vitamins are optimal.

I would be very grateful for suggestions.
