I just do not want to take more pills before I am stabilised on the dosage and
vitamins
if that makes sense. I do not eat processed food and my diet is varied.

Undiagnosed Hypothyroidism
I'm already taking methylated form of
vitamins
and Q10, magnesium, pro-biotics, fish-oil with extra vitamin D and collagen. What else can I take that's available OTC? Thanks for reading if you got this far!

Seeking reassurance on fatigue and recovery
- Daily cofactors: - Thorne Basics 2/day (containing all b
vitamins
) - >550mg Magnesium - >4500mg potassium
Response
: - I had a few weeks of normal energy after initial injections, which really got my hopes up.

Thyroid results
Didn’t get chance to ask for
vitamins
to be tested. Found out that another doctor who put the levothyroxine up to 50 mcg back in May referred me to an endocrinologist which was for the 5th of September. This was cancelled without a reason.

Experience with no medication!
Instead I prefer the natural herbs, oil,
vitamins
and healthy lifestyle! I’m good with that, but doc says no way and he’s angry with me and that gives me stress because he says I’m gonna die 🫣 anyone the same experience, thank you ❤️

FODMAP book recommendation
Also can anyone throw any light on whether food intolerances abate as as thyroid replacement/
vitamins
and minerals are optimised? I started out on 50mcgs of Levothyroxine several weeks ago. Thanks 🙏

interpreting results
I’m fine interpreting the results of the
vitamins
and minerals, and I also understand that the higher the TSH the more underactive you are, and the lower the number, the more overactive you are, ideally TSH needs to be between 1 and 2…..

Thyroid Supplement recommendations
I’ve been researching the best
vitamins
/ minerals for supporting thyroid health and Cytoplan Thyroid Support seems to get decent reviews. Does anyone have any personal experience of using this? Thanks in advance.

Alpro Almond Milk..... why do they do this? Any chemists have words of advice?
It contains
Vitamins
D2, E, B2 and B12 and calcium as shown in the photo. I noticed today that the packaging had changed and thought to myself "I wonder if anything else has?" So I checked. Yes indeed there are other changes - The calcium is now calcium carbonate.

first b12 injection learning all I can
Or other b
vitamins
now to make my b12 injections work better? Should I be trying to take sublingual b12 between my injections? I think my low b12 symptoms are mostly mental and tinnitus. Although I’ve read in the group about balance issues and now I wonder if I’ve had something similar for years.

Left ovary not responding
The first two resulted with no eggs being fertilised so I took a break for 4 months and took a new set of
vitamins
and supplements to improve egg quality ( after reading it begins with the egg) day 7 of my ovuleap and fermadryl stimulation.

Socratic Lab Results – any advice?
I regularly check
vitamins
etc. and supplement. I’m neither gluten- nor dairy free but get fresh eggs from a farmer and only goat or sheep yoghurt. Fruit and veggies in Greece are still quite good, though it’s changing and supermarkets are to be avoided.
