advice please- protein shakes
I know we shouldn’t take other tablets or
vitamins
close to thyroxine, but is a meal replacement shake made from pea protein okay to drink an hour after thyroxine? is that different to
vitamins
as it’s food? Also, do we really have to avoid soya?

I have been taking Lamberts Methyl B complex for a long time but would like to try another multi B vitamin that is often recommended on this forum. Of course I can’t find it now so would be grateful if someone could remind me. I seem to remember there was one that was a large tablet (not good for me

Bile Acid Diarrhoea
I recently asked my GP to have my fat soluble
vitamins
checked (A,D and K, I believe) in a blood test as this has not been checked in a long time. The email! came back saying there was no indication for this.

B vits pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6)
What B
vitamins
do people take and what brands have pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6) in? What else do people take other than potassium rich diet and B
vitamins
and what form do you take folic acid in? I've heard it should be folate as folic acid isn't very good? Thanks

I wonder could someone advise about
vitamins
. I was diagnosed years ago with underactive thyroid and have recently managed to persuade my GP to increase thyroxine dose to 100mg.
