Magnesium can be helpful, there used to be a supplement magnesium ok which b vits and a few other things, I remember taking it on and off years ago, I’m sure it helped. Chocolate is rich in magnesium one reason why we crave it I think.

I used to just get on with it, but I wouldn’t recommend that now. Have you spoken to GP about it?
