Advice Blood testing please

Hi all,

I am due to get full blood labs done and not sure how long if at all I have to be off B complex plus other vitamins?

Its only the B complex containing biotin that you need to pause. You can then take a separate B12 spray or sublingual and 400mcg folate so you are not losing out on the vitamins during the pause.

Pause B complex maximum 4-7 days.

You can continue all other vitamins right up until the day before the test.
