A Thank You!
A shout out to those who shared their positive experience with Folate. Those that shared their misunderstanding about methylation pathways not so much. I am currently doing a trial of .5 mg Folate with each injection which for me is 5 to 6 times for a total of 2.5 to 3 mg per day and the results are

Help Please With Thyroid & Vitamin Results.
Hiya! I'd be most grateful if the wise owls of this forum can shed some light on my results, especially the vitamin tests. I am pretty much constantly symptomatic even though my thyroid results seem pretty optimal for NDT use. I also have early onset menopausal osteoporosis, which is being managed.

Has anyone had insomnia from B12 injections?
I have not been able to sleep since my B12 loading injections (EOD for 6 weeks) - has this happened to anyone else? If so, for how long?

Struggling with fatigue
Hello everyone, I have started to take quite a bit of vitamins (pregnacare, bio-quinone, folic acid and vit D) in January, but I really struggle at times with fatigue. We had a failed fresh transfer last year, but since we have unexplained infertility, I thought I would try vitamins as well. My mood

Mental health issues associated with low b12
Hi, so this is a slightly off piste post so I apologise if its not for this board. My son for several years has needed b12 injections, not to the extent some of you guys but certainly its very noticeable if he hasnt been taking them for more than 3 weeks...the effects are obvious for his family. He

Fatigue has reached a whole other level, after 10.5 years. Scared it’s narcolepsy….
Hello everyone I hope this finds you all as well as you can be. I’m 10.5 years post diagnosis now. Thought I largely had this disease under control. With meds and pacing and life style etc. But my fatigue has been extremely difficult for the last 2 years and recently I’m worried it’s getting more

At A Loss
Hi, I've been Hypo/Hashi's for 20 years now. Completely GF/DF/EF/SF for just about that long. I did so well on NDT until the pig flu debacle years ago, then Armour and the other NDT's stopped working. I currently take only T3 for about 4 years now. I was taking 62.5 mcg split throughout the day. I

Serum ferritin too high?
Can anyone tell me whether 286 is too high for a serum ferritin level? I had an iron infusion a few months ago and this is my new level. I have been feeling very anxious, having panic attacks, not sleeping etc... and was wondering if it could be because of this? At the same time of the infusion I

Face swelling on the left side
I am Hypothyroid/Hashimoto's and insulin resistant and vitamin D and B-12 deficient Just wondering - what would cause the left side of your face to swell. It comes and goes. Been to the dentist several times thinking it was a tooth. But no. Its not a dental issue any ideas?
