I've been Hypo/Hashi's for 20 years now. Completely GF/DF/EF/SF for just about that long. I did so well on NDT until the pig flu debacle years ago, then Armour and the other NDT's stopped working.
I currently take only T3 for about 4 years now. I was taking 62.5 mcg split throughout the day. I just bumped it up to 75 mcg due to having bad symptoms:
Ringing in left ear only
Painful bottom of feet
Muscle pain
Fatigue
My latest labs were:
Free T4 Range 0.8-1.8 My number: 0.2
Free T3 Range 2.3-4.2 My number: 3.9
Vitamin D Range 30-100 My number 37
What could be causing these symptoms? I am supplementing with D3 5,000 u daily.
Any help/insight is greatly appreciated!!

Yes, I meant to say, it will take time for that increase to take effect, so don't be in any hurry to increase again. Ideally, wait six weeks and retest, and see how you feel then.
Just being in-range is not the same as being optimal. And 'normal' is meaningless and should be erased from the dictionary! Best if you give the numbers - results and ranges - and let people take a look. :=
CRP is C-Reactive Protein, and inflammation marker. If inflammation is high you will get a false high ferritin result so the two should always be tested together.
Are you taking a B complex? The Bs all work together and need to be kept balanced. So, just taking one B vit in isolation is not going to help much.
We usually suggest that people take a B Complex supplement containing the active B vitamins that don't need conversion to something else before being useful to the body. People with thyroid disease often can't do these conversions very well.
I agree! I recently had to clue myself up about Vit D as the GP had given me a prescription for 4000 a day - I would never get anywhere on that! It took me 4 months for the lab to agree with my GP to do the test! And in the meantime things go downhill. Hug.
