Well I take and need magnesium, also
vitamin
D
. Potassium I can be short of in spite of a high banana intake and coconut water. Calcium in the blood is not so good as it may (I'm guessing) indicate bone loss?

I know I need my thyroid medication but it’s making me want to jump out of my skin at the minute, I’m guessing my dismal ferritin is behind it and potentially messing with my adrenals along with potentially my lower

seeing neurologist, advice on b12 injections welcomed…
My ferritin levels are normal - 177
Vitamin
D
- 70. I have finished loading does for b12 last week. My last reading was 188 2 weeks ago but imagine it’s greater than 2000 now. My folate was low - 3.5.

Why still low Iron
I've been taking Iron, B12,
Vitamin
D
, folate, and a B Complex, and most of my levels have improved since my last test. However, I'm shocked to see that my Iron levels have decreased.

Also my Vitamin B12 Active needs to improve, it has hardly changed in the 8 months between the 2 tests, could you suggest a good
vitamin
supplement please? My
vitamin
D
has improved but is still not optimal so again any advice you can offer me will be greatly appreciated.

Confusing results and Nodule
Your 25-hydroxy
vitamin
D
levels are 74 which is reassuring. This is normal and in this regard I will arrange a bone density scan to screen for osteoporosis.
