Tip on how to get my body in the best position for my next transfer.
I already take folic acid and
vitamin
D
daily. However, I was wondering if there are any other tips and advice, supplements or vitamins I should be adding. This will be my 4th frozen transfer out of 5 embryos that were in the freezer.

my
vitamin

Taking Blood Sample (Help)
I recently took a blood sample for Monitor My Health - just to get my
vitamin
D
done . I made a complete mess of it - (I should have used the simple method of the drops of blood on the card using another company but completely forgot about it).

Falling apart
I've been supplementing with
Vitamin
D
for years but obviously not enough. Do the low
vitamin
levels just reflect the fact that I've not taken them for so long, or is there an issue?

Osteopenia?
So now I start
vitamin
d
and calcium. On top of the dozen of meds I'm already on. Doctor Google says weight-bearing exercise is good for osteopenia. I have a treadmill and walk/run three times a week. I can set the incline to 15% grade.

elevated Liver Enzymes
I don’t drink alcohol or take any medication except
vitamin
D
. My GI doctor wants to do a liver biopsy. But I don’t want a biopsy done. All of my clinical work up is normal. Can exercise cause increase of liver enzymes?

Blood Test Results
Also B complex and
Vitamin
D
. For a while now I have been sweating a lot on activity (walking) and also palpitations - these can be quite hard ones. I'm wondering if I could be over medicated. I would appreciate any thoughts on the above. Thank you.
