Thyroid Results Advice Appreciated

Please take a look at my results with Monitor My Health:

TSH: 0.53 (0.27-4.2) FT4 : 20.1 (12-22) FT3 : 4.1 (3.1-6.8)

Vitamin D 71nmol/L

HB: 141 No letters given after these but I think pmol/pg/ml might relate to some, this website didn't give them.

FER: 60

TSAT: 27

HOLOTC (B12) : 144

The complexity for me is that I only realised 2/3 years ago that histamine is a problem. Not the sneezy/runny nose/itchy eyes thing just an awful anxiety/short of breath/light headed feeling.

I take antihistamines and they help somewhat and low his diet when feeling brave! Symptoms worse spring-tree pollen and Autumn but recently a continuum with grass pollen. The jittery feeling I used to blame thyroid, now I'm thinking it's histamine intolerance. Just wondered does anyone think my thyroid numbers are coming in high? maybe I should snip a bit off as stepping into hyperthyroid will exacerbate his symptoms.

I had these results end 2023 but they have been consistent for years-I have increased Vit D3 B12 and other supplements so am guessing they will have increased.

I'm 68 and haven't ruled out effects of low oestrogen due to no HRT. These can include anxiety/s.o.b etc.

Any advice/anecdotals much appreciated.

Thank you for your message. I'm on 50mcg daily. I know-starter dose but been on it 12 years. Tried increasing to 75mcg but had terrible palpitations panic attacks nose bleeds. Even tried 12.5mcg increase same awful result. Generally don't feel really bad other than the anxiety. I know it's complicated by female hormone imbalance and HIT etc.

Which brand is 50mcg

Which brand did you try when increasing dose

Loads of people react badly to Teva brand - the only brand that makes 75mcg or 12.5mcg tablets

Was test early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Brand Accord formerly Actavis. Never used anything else. I cut tablets with pill cutter.

is this active B12 (private test) or Serum B12 (NHS test);

Have you got the range on test

No folate result?

What vitamin supplements are you taking

Vitamin D possibly better higher, at least over 80nmol

Have you tested BOTH TPO and TG antibodies at least once

Test b12 not sure just got numbers from monitor my health. No range given by them. Folate degraded twice so no result. Not done further nuanced test for tpo tg. Vits b complex d3 spray iron magnesium citrate fish oils . Recently ordered quercetin but not taken yet for histamine.
