Hi there, are you on any thyroid medication? What time was your blood test and had you taken your meds before?

If you're on Levo, your levels look poor. TSH is too high and T3/T4 far too low. Looks like you need a dose increase

The blood test was at 9am. I'm not on any thyroid medication. Do these results indicate I might need to start thyroid medication? Thank you!

Ah well no, they are all in range and the NHS won't medicate you whilst your TSH is still in range. Your T3 and T4 are very low in range and there are links with low t3 and ME, I believe. Someone else may have some more info on this.

You can ask for a retest on the NHS in 6-8 weeks to see if anything has changed. Are you seeing a private specialist? They may be able to help more that the NHS GP.

Do you take any vitamins containing biotin? These can affect your thyroid blood tests and should be stopped a week before. If you check out the pinned posts section on blood tests.
