vitamin deficiencies
Got on finding that it most certainly does I get a B12 injection because I’m a vegetarian so that’s taking care of my
vitamin
D
is bottoming out regularly. I live in Australia and I try and get into some every day but I’m still extremely low. I am 68 and that might be the problem.

asthmatic response to new rug made in India
I also take Montelukast, omeprazole,
vitamin
D
and cbd drops (for arthritis) daily. The rug was shedding small woollen fibres and some white powder. I vacuumed it for 20 minutes a time several times, the Dyson bucket filled with the stuff from the rug each time.

Vitamin D and Anemia: Insights into an Emerging Association
In summary, there is strong evidence both epidemiologically and mechanistically to support a role for
vitamin
D
in iron metabolism, but further clinical trials are needed to clarify the therapeutic efficacy of
vitamin
D
in improving anemia.

Taking Urso
I have found a former student who has been diagnosed with PBC and was deficient in
vitamin
D
and is taking supplements. Should she have a bone density test? Happy Tuesday, everyone!

After tests it was found that I had very little
vitamin
D
, B12 and folic acid so I now have to take these daily. I was also given heart medication and a blood thinner. I never seen my GP and had no appointments with a cardiologist. I paid privately and he took the blood thinner of me not needed.

low lymphocytes in blood. High white cells in urine. Should I be worried?
As well as low
vitamin
D
& low ferritin. I take Vit D anyway and am on MMF & prednisolone 7mg . Should I be worried? My named rheumatology team are not helpful at all, these results only came after I saw rheumatology at Bath rheumatic hospital. I’ve an appointment to see GP in January.

Graves - Dental issues & blood tests
So would this be a comprehensive set of bloods as you reccomend - doesn't include
Vitamin
D
and not sure if it would include any other
vitamin
/minerals or not, TBH. Is she right that just should take
Vitamin
D
for 6 mths/yr and not test at all?
