Tip on how to get my body in the best position for my next transfer.

I am giving myself 14 weeks before I plan to contact the clinic for what will be my 4th transfer.

I know I need to loose weight, which I will be doing with calorie counting. I already take folic acid and vitamin D daily. However, I was wondering if there are any other tips and advice, supplements or vitamins I should be adding.

This will be my 4th frozen transfer out of 5 embryos that were in the freezer. Each time we do this it takes something from me that never fully recovers so I'm not sure if we will go again after the last 2 embryos are used. But trying to be positive in thinking it will be our time with the next one!

So 14 weeks will bring me to the beginning of September, any tips will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

xx

Make your diet as colourful as possible - fresh fruit & veg [raw or steamed ] brown rice - wholemeal bread & pasta -milk- hard cheese- nuts - seeds -mackerel- sardines Avoid too much sugar and processed foods But remember to have an occasional wee treat Increase your foot fall - now weather getting better go for a walk and enjoy the sunshine - hopefully For relaxation try some yoga - acupuncture - reflexology

Good luck for September

Don' loose hope💪yesterday I finally got a BFP after one baby lost at week 17th + 6 transfers after that.

I don't know if maybe they have suggested to do some tests for implantation failure, it might be a good idea. I had to do that and went to the immunologist that prescribe some medicine and seems that it worked.....it is only a suggestion so they can looked into other areas.

My doctor also send me some vitamins FerticBiotic Balance that has probiotics, so the gut is healthy too....I would also recommend walking....and now with the good weather coming it will be more enjoyable.

Focus on yourself these weeks good luck😘

I tried a few things with my last successful transfer (currently 21 weeks 🤞).

Probiotics such as Optibac pregnancy.

Good quality vitamins (I think Ovum really helped me but maybe more during egg collection). I'm on procieve now (you have to take two a day as they say there is no way they can fit everything thing into one pill).

Pomegranate/beetroot juice for lining.

I walk a lot, avoided hot baths, had a few treat, no alcohol at all.

I've tried acupuncture with previous unsuccessful transfers so that didn't work for me but others say it helps.

Make sure the clinic tests your progesterone levels just before transfer!

I was also on heparin and aspirin which (as I'm over 40) is meant to really help.

Good luck!!! ❣️

I agree with everything everyone above has mentioned.. I would also add in omega tablets and do make sure you are on a good prenatal tablet and healthy diet.. It's hard after so many failed implantations.. Have they thought of giving you Prednisolone as well as that can sometimes help?or have you had immunology testing?
