Frequency of Hydroxocobalamin injections in UK
Hi everyone, I'm a long time sufferer of PA, initial symptoms aged 13, finally diagnosed at 26, will be 50 this year. Also suffer with chronic fatigue, endometriosis, now menopause, all good fun! I am lucky that for years I have had an understanding doctor, used to have my injections every 8 weeks

b12 deficiency and MRI scanner...
Hi everyone, Weird question... Did anyone else who has had an MRI, find that it upset your nerves for a while after? (Like weeks) I cannot tell if it was that, or the heightened stress of awaiting my results... So, thought I'd ask on here? It was 2 weeks after my first one that my whole body crashed

Diagnosis
Hi, I'm perimenopausal and my hormone dips have thrown up digestion, hyperosmia, brain fog issues and because of lack of appetite I have become malnourished and very low on ferritin despite trying the super heme from 3 Arrows. I've had some private bloods done. Notable results are:- T3 2.97 T4

The Sun and I
10 years ago I was on my porch in the sun one spring and was sick to my stomach and thought " Oh that is just the sun" Then I concluded that the sun should not make one sick. I then went over my life and concluded that when I was the happiest was when I had enough sun and the worse when I did not. (At

bad batch?
I bought three boxes of b12 (not Pascoe, the brand that’s impossible to get now). The first two boxes, once my body had got used to it, I always had the same reaction - tired but a feeling of well being and warmth, particularly in my back. when I started the third box I felt freezing cold and shaky,

B12 frequency
I've SI EOD for just over a year. I know that some on this forum may have decreased their frequency after a period of time. I'd like to try decreasing so any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Baffling results on T4&T3!
Morning all, I’m awake early feeling like total rubbish so thought I’d jump on and share in the hope that someone can shed light on my baffling blood test results which came through on Friday! I’ve been on 75mcg Levothyroxine and 15mcg T3 for the last 6 weeks (having slowly increased T3 from nothing

Anyone have hypercalcemia?
Hi, All! I've been doing pretty well since my diagnosis and b12 injections for 5 months or so. I still had some lingering symptoms that I felt were not related to pernicious anemia. Anyway, the other day I ended up in the ER with kidney stones and hyponephrosis (urine backing up into kidney, swollen

early pregnancy -Hydroxy33
Anybody know if I can inject Hevert 2 ml depot B12 from Germany in early pregnancy? I'm in the USA and the cyanocobalamin injection is the only one I could get otherwise. It has benzyl alcohol etc. here. So, B 12 is not everywhere the same. I just want to make sure I'm injecting the right amount every

response regarding my endocrinologist complaint
Hi, I am sharing the letter I received from the hospital ( it’s taken them well over 6 months). I was so ‘cheesed off’ with the reply that it’s taken me 3 days to read it again and then I spilt coffee on it 🥴. I don’t know why I thought I’d get anything better, but the response is actually farcicle

I am a little lost in my tapering regime
I am tapering down from 0.25 pramipexole 3X daily. About the beginning of february I started with an iron supplement of 300mg every other day, taken with 500mg vit C. March 1st i started with gabapentin at 300mg daily in the evening. After three weeks on this I started to decrease my dose of pramipexole
