Morning all. Can I please ask for ways to take B complex that won't upset stomach. I bought Igennus Super B complex and took 1 tablet about 30 mins after eating dinner. The next day I had an upset stomach and felt more exhausted that usual the way you can get with a stomach upset. I haven't taken any more tablets since. Has anyone else experienced this? Was thinking of cutting the tablet to try half. I'd definitely like to boost my b vitamins.
Any tips would be great. Thanks

Yes! I am struggling to take them without side effects. I have had more success taking them with kefir yoghurt which solves the nausea but there is still some stomach discomfort.
I had a lot of problems with Thorne basic B - I think the amounts are too high. Tried Igennus and some issues but not so bad. Currently take every other day which seems to manage the stomach issues but will try cutting in half.
Did ask Thorne why their doses were so high and what supporting data did they have as they claim to have a medical department and do clinical trials. Answer from their Medical Affairs was ‘ you can’t assume Americans have any vitamins from their diet’ . I was stunned and stopped using them.
forgot to say, I found the stomach issues worse if I take the tablets after breakfast as is often recommended here. I always take after lunch when there is more food in my stomach.
