I think that that says that something is wrong so you need to increase your levels.A B12 injection might be worth a try. Have a look at the PAS section for more info.

I would make a list of symptoms to take to the endo, no matter how small or seemingly unrelated. I had symptoms that I didn't realise were symptoms until B12 injections fixed them.

Good luck

No vit D result.

Both B12 and folate are too low. Suggest you start a good methyl B complex to keep all the B's in balance. Some suggestions:

Slightly cheaper options with inactive B6:

Contains B6 as P5P an active form:

Ferritin should be around 90 - 100 for best use of thyroid hormone. Suggest increasing iron rich foods in diet and eating them often. Chicken livers, pate, red meat etc

Apologies I did have VIT D it was 48 and range was 50-250. I’m seeing the endo in a week should I mention these or will it be brushed off as they’re in normal range?

Thank you xx

Its likely your Endo will brush off vitamin results especially if they are in range but by all means mention them. You would still be wise to supplement as I have suggested.

Vitamin D should be around 100 - 150. Buy one that includes vit K2 to help it go to your bones. Some are available in oil or you can take it with an oily meal for better absorption. Many members like the ‘Better You’ range of mouth sprays that contain both bit D & K2. Use this calculator to work out how much to take to get your level to 100-150.grassrootshealth.net/projec...
