Endometriosis excision surgery
Hi girls I had excision of recto vaginal endometriosis ( which is the most severe) nearly 4 weeks ago now. This also involved a bowel rescetion as I had endometriosis adhesions everywhere. I'm getting abit worried as I'm nearly 4 weeks on and I'm still getting pains when I walk in my pelvis and pains

Question about New Pain(s) with CPS
Hello, This is long and complicated, but I am hopeful for advice for next move. I'm experiencing a new pain; a neck/throat pain. It is a sharp cutting pain and sometimes excruciating. The x-ray came back as degenerative C3, C4, and C5. My doctor has offered no solution and referred me to pain management

I’m due to have my prostap injection next week and we ended up having sex 3 days before I usually ovulate. Phoned the hospital who advised it was up to me if I still wanted to go ahead with injection or wait until next month to start. Has anyone else gone through something similar? Undecided as to

To Omeprazole or not??
Hello everyone, Hope you are managing to keep cool. I've been concerned about side effects of the Omeprazole. I noted that it can cause Osteoporosis??? After researching natural alternatives, such as Water melon juice, Aloe Vera juice, non fat Greek Yogurt and Cilantro, Baking Soda and Organic Apple

Prostap and HRT
Hi everyone, I'm new so sorry if this has been done to the death but I couldn't quite find a relevant post from recently. I've had endo for a long time and had the various hormone pills, coils, laproscopy surgeries etc. but they've never helped. My consultant has now started me on the Gnrh Prostap injection

I can’t go on
Hello. I am a 49 year old woman. I have suffered with Restless leg then home for over eight years. Up until two years ago it was tolerable. If I missed a night or two of sleep I could still function because it didn’t happen every night And I could catch up on my sleep here and there. At this point

Oh insomnia, please leave.
Seriously though, I swear this condition has a mind of it's own. "Sleeping like a log for a week? Here let me wake you up at 1 in the morning and make obsess over whether or not it's too soon to use lavender oil again." Or "going to bed early to compensate for me. Haha, you're not actually going to sleep

Hysterectomy at 38
Hi there, I’m new to this so forgive me! I’ve had endometriosis probably since I started my periods at 13. I was put on the pill at 18 for “heavy periods”. At 28 I came off the pill and symptoms began in earnest. Eventually I had a laparoscopy to diagnose it but no treatment was offered. I did a gluten

Carrying medication n 'Hold' or 'Hand' luggage.
All you jetsetters...for medication do you suggest 'Hold' or 'Hand'? Meds not needed throughout the journey from A to B, only during our holiday stay and all are oral. Ok the list is: Methotrexate, Folic Acid, Hydroxychloroquine Sulphate, Ferrous Fumerate, Tranexamic Acid, Liquifilm Artificial Tears

Fully emptying bowel and toilet training
Hi, I would be so grateful to anyone with any advice on the below. My son is 3 years 3 months old. He suffers from multiple food allergies and about 3 months ago we finally got his issue diagnosed of stool withholding. I kept thinking it was his diet but his stools were often soft. He definitely suffered

Beneficial supplements?
I was diagnosed with advanced PC with several mets to the pelvic bone, in June 2018. So far, in my short experiences with doctors, they are concerned generally about supplements that may negatively interact with my new hormone therapy (Elligard with Zytiga+prednisone). I have been on this therapy for
