Has anyone had any experience of using 'Forever Living Aloe Vera Gel'when increasing their adrenals.
I had a low cortisol figure a few months back and have been slowly increasing with Nutri Adrenal , but I have been wondering if I should start taking some Aloe Vera Gel, as I took some a few years back when I was struggling with hypothyroid issues and after taking it for a few weeks it really made a

Evening primrose oil for pain/discomfort
Does it help anyone else with the pelvic and lower back pain? I do not have a firm diagnosis of endometriosis (hence not going on suggested Visanne yet, will do more diagnostics in my home country for less), but it worked for me when naproxen and diclofenac completely failed. In case you consider it

Should I go to a BSGE instead of my gyne?
Hallo ladies. Hope everyone out there is finding ways through this s**t field. I'm frustrated at the system, basically. I've only just seen my gyne for the second time since my first lap (a year last July). I've been showing signs of endo on my bowel, more pain than before, constipation, bloating, diarrhoea

Swollen Stomach after Prostap Injections
I had my 3rd and last Prostap injection yesterday. I read many posts last night how ladies stomachs were bloated. I put 3.5 cm on around my stomach in 6 weeks of having the injections. Can anyone tell me how long it took for their stomach to go back to normal?

Anybody starting long protocol this month?
Hi there I'm starting long protocol next week with D21 injection of Prostap 3.75mg. This is our second cycle but we did a short protocol before. I am feeling a little anxious as I know long protocol is more taxing on our bodies. If there are others in similar situation, please get in touch, so we can

See my below history and how D3,K2 (MK-7), Magnesium, and Omega 3 gems (Norwegian Fish Oil, Omega 3 fatty Acids) may be stopping or even regressing my prostate cancer. In May of 2009 after a sixteen needle biopsy I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I was 63 years old. The pre-operative pathology

Persistent cough after childhood pneumonia
My partner, 18 now, mentioned he had pneumonia as a child and recovered. He now links that to his current cough. We've been dating for 9 months, and he began coughing around the 5 month mark. He says the cough comes and goes, sometimes it stays for weeks, sometimes months, sometimes he doesn't have

Hypothyroid - ways to reduce inflammation and hence ferritin
I am hypothyroid and according to my iron panel all my indicators are about half of the optimal. However, my ferritin is 101, which according to my doctor is about the top of the optimal. So, it looks like I need to reduce inflammation, which should reduce ferritin. This in turn will mean I will be able

What is 'normal' bleeding during a cycle that used a castor oil pack?
Hi I'm new to this network but thought someone might be able to help me. I have severe endo and usually suffer with pain throughout the month along with any other symptom common with endo. My cycle average is 28 days and this is fairly usual for me. I've been TTC naturally for the past couple of months
