Good morning my beloved ms family. All are well today. Slept well last night and are well-rested today. Eager for what might lay ahead. I have been working on my sleep, trying to get it up to eight hours and I achieved it last night. Been going to bed early, 9.00 pm and listening to a little

Late night out
I’ve been cursed with intermittent nosebleeds since childhood and on one occasion my teacher Mr Osmond had to lend me his large gents handkerchief. My Mum sent him a boxed set of 3 gents hankies as a thank you together with his laundered hanky. Anyway, the nosebleeds became regular during my 2 short

Anyone had persistent chesty cough with meds or post stents?
Have had persistent chesty cough for 6 weeks with white mucus. GP prescribed antibiotics - nothing improved except blowing nose less. Now got nasal spray as diagnosed with post nasal drip but still as bad. Had 2 stents fitted Jan2022. On perindopril - taken for years, clopidogrel, aspirin and lanzaprozole

Praise report
I have been seeing a hematologist for a few months now. Diagnosed with ET JAK+. My platelets started out at 800. Was started on a baby aspirin a day. I also have high blood pressure and a few other things going on. I was then started on Hydrea 500 mgs each day. I go every 2 weeks for labs. Each time

head aches
Hi there, I keep getting headaches. They appear in different parts of my head. It feels a bit like a vice as if my head is under pressure. My platelets are about 750. I take aspirin and nothing else. I am just wondering if this is something I should worry about? I have only started getting headaches

Has anyone been told just to stop taking bisoprolol and aspirin? I had a heart ct scan 2 weeks ago and a subsequent call from the cardiologist to say that the results were good, my heart was ok and to stop taking the bisoprolol and aspirin. Vitamin K2 with meds
Any experts on vitamins know much about the connection between taking statins (atorvastatin) asperin and vitamin K2 . The more you read the more complex it gets. Vit k2 may get depleted when on statins and is also good for clearing plaque BUT k2 supplements may act against the aspirin as they can be

Are there any foods or supplements anyone has found to help build RBC?
My husband has had ET since 2013. On hydroxyurea and low dose aspirin. Recently 2nd bone marrow now shows secondary MF. No MPN near us. Looking for any natural therapies folks have found that may help give him energy.

What’s an ideal reading on blood pressure medication?
My husband had a HA 3yrs ago and has been on the following daily. Amlodipine 5mg Ramipril 10mg Atorvastatin 40mg Aspirin 75mg His blood pressure readings have been bit high (I think) and we are going back to consultant to discuss but I just wondered what is an ideal range when you are on blood pressure

White coat syndrome?
The past two years I've been diagnosed with APS, DVT, Heglund's deformity, MS and PD. The last MD added hypertension to the Dxs because I blew 150/110 at my last exam. So now I've added rosuvastatin, metopropol and 81mg aspirin to the daily PD treatment: Rytary.
But at home I can't get
