Has anyone taken Prednisone and intralipid for ERA test or only for real transfer?
Hi All, I have just started my ERA test (my clinic don’t do Alice and Emma) and am taking Noresterone at the moment. I asked my fertility clinic about matching everything we intend to take for medicated FET into the ERA for an accurate result and they said I don’t need to, just to add cyclogest and

Can taking a statin (as well as established Aspirin therapy) have any affect on platelet count? On either a good or bad way for someone with ET? Thank you

Should I get a hospital check?
Something strange happened work.I breathed some strange chemical and I am not sure what type of chemical. But since smelling/inhaling it the left side of my chest has been sore. I have taken two pain reliever aspirins but the soreness is still active. Just wondering if I should go to the ER for a check

Dapagliflozin
Following my Cardiology consult just before Christmas my cardiologist increased the dosage of Bisoprolol, changed my Simvastatin to an increased dose of Atorvastatin, but left my Ramipril as before. New addition to the regime is Dapagliflozin as I am borderline diabetic also. Do any of you take this

ET and Covid Risk
Happy New Year everyone. Why are we classed as extremely vulnerable to Covid? I read we may need a 4th booster and we are eligible for the meds should we get Covid. I know it’s because we have a blood cancer but what are the actual risks from Covid if we have ET which is well controlled with Hydroxy

First FET: when did you start baby aspirin? Anyone has MTHFR heterozygous gene?
So the doctors here in the UK state I do not need baby aspiring, while my doctor in Italy recommended it due to my recurrent miscarriage and the fact that I have heterozygous gene. Nothing worrying but I would like to try the baby aspirin. When did you start?

Help please. I have recently increased my T3 from 40mcg to 45mcg. I am under a specialist who monitors but doesn’t provide T3. I source this myself outside the UK. I feel great finally back to a level where I was in 2017 before they insisted I trialed T4/T3 having been on T3 for 15 years!Since increasing

Aspirin & Anoikis Resistance
New breast cancer study below [1], but read on. Anoikis is a form of cell death that occurs when cells break free of the extracellular matrix and wander off. For cancer cells to become metastatic, they must develop resistance to anoikis. In the current study, which looked at breast cancer metastasis
