Enteric coated aspirin and Lansoprazole

H/A Sept2020. Many problems with meds which have taken even uptil now to sort.

Statins we’re wasting my muscles , because of COVID situation very difficult to see a doctor ,eventually I was taken of rosuvastatin and given Estemibe( which I havnt taken yet)

I’ve had constant diarrhoea since end of 2020.

I ran out of Lansoprazole for about 4 days and the runs almost stopped.

I now buy the enteric coated aspirin and havnt taken Lansoprazole for about 2 weeks now.

I am worried that aspirin will damage my stomach but hoped taking the enteric coated aspirin might not aggravate stomach so much.

Any suggestions?
