Sensitive: update and lines/symptoms in case it's helpful
This shock natural pregnancy may actually be happening - I know this is sensitive and tbh I was quite resentful when I saw people getting pregnant naturally on here as I assumed it would never be me. We have been TTC for 10 years, never had a sniff of a bfp naturally, turned out to be a weird responder

stopping aspirin temporarily
hi. I’m suffering from really bad sciatica. The orthopaedic surgeon wants to give me a branch block steroid injection (whatever that is) but only if I can come off aspirin (75mg) for a few days. This is because he’s afraid I might bleed into the sciatic nerve, which could be disastrous. I’m seeing my

Sleep apnea and heart problems ?
I have had very strong palpitation at night for over 5 years now.....I have had every test possible on my heart including numerous ecg's, heart scans, echo tests, calcium scoring and 2 angiograms....all of which has come up with nothing (which is obviously reasuring) however I am still getting heavy

Getting meds right after quadruple bypass
Hi everyone, I had quadruple bypass on 25th July, home 5 days after, no major issues other than a bit of a stubborn infection in lower chest wound that took 3 lots of antibiotics to clear up and heal. I had my meds tweaked after first consultation back at hospital , bisoprolol was reduced from 3.75mg

Sore finger tips
Just wondering if anyone else has/is experiencing sore fingertips? I often experience mild pins and needles in my feet and hands but lately my fingertips have become sore. I was diagnosed with PV almost 7 years ago and have been taking hydroxycarbamide ( approximately 1000mg daily) and 75mg aspirin daily

BP meds
What a day I've had, five hours of Dr's and phone calls. Finally they are all starting to recognise all the BP meds I have ever been feed I react to. I never thought it would be so difficult to get medical professionals to understand their meds are stripping the lining of my stomach. I'm still off meds

CT Scan - Angiogram not done
I am being investigated for Angina, symptoms mild, but there is a family history. Currently on Statins, Asprin and Beta-blocker. I was booked for a CT Cardiac Gated Complex Congenital with Contrast. I arrived, got in the donut had the first scan - described as "simple of the heart" - then nurse came

Anxiety/ Breathing
I was wondering if anyone has had or is having similar issues to me at the moment? I had 2 stents fitted in the same artery 6 months ago and my medication is Ticagralor, Asprin, Antistatin & Omeprazole. I was on Bisoferol but didn’t like it so stopped it. My Cardiologist was ok with that. My problem

Hubby Update - B12D Lanzoprazole
Hi Guys Thank you all in advance. Update on hubby. To remind you of his background, two stents in 2018. He has heart disease due to genetics not lifestyle. He doesn’t drink excessively or smoke, has a bit more tum than in his youth but still does a physical job as a builder. He’s been on a low

Amlodipine for angina
My husband, who is nearly 72, had a heart attack in April last year caused by high cholesterol. He had a stent fitted, told that his heart had no damage and was put on Bisoprolol 2.5mg twice a day, ramipril 2.5mg twice a day (now changed to Losartan 50mg once a day), ticagrelor for a year and aspirin

ET/Hydroxycarbamide/ Low JAK2 levels - Another update - in case it is useful to anyone.
Thank you again to everyone for taking the time to reply and if you are still reading, thank you even more. It is so useful to have everyone's experience and advice. I know it also helps me to get my head around it. So I moved up North at the start of the year and transferred my care. I was diagnosed

Stopping Aspirin?
Hello Everybody, I am taking Hydroxy and baby aspirin daily for PV since 6 years and was told by my doctor to always keep taking the aspirin. A couple of months ago I had to discontinue aspirin for a procedure, which worried me, but it was ok. But I saw articles online how dangerous it is as of lately
