I think you should try amitriptyline and Cymbalta helps me ....90 mg Cymbalta and 25 mg amitriptyline.I also take tylex and Brufen at bad times. Very best of luck and good health Seastreak

While coming off the DA, I took 900mg of gabapentin, 1mg of clonazepam and 2 tylex (co-codamol/zapain) containing 60mg of codeine and iron plus magnesium.

I was taking a codine/paracetamol combo & ponstan but as they did nothing for me consultant changed to Diclofenac suppositories, Tylex & oramorph. So far I've held off on the oramorph but the difene / tylex not great. I'm afraid that I'm running out of options... and trying to avoid A&E.

An update on my withdrawal from pramipexole, I think I am improving, I've gone from 1.5hrs sleep to 4hrs sleep, I'm on the 1200mg of gabapentin which I take in 3 doses of 400mg at 4pm, 6pm,9pm and last one at 12am along with 2 tylex (zapain).

I also found tylex helpful with pain relief. Hope this is helpful to others to cope with pain and fibromyalgia.

on the last quarter of pramipexole, its been 5 days now, I had to up the codeine as the 900mg dose of gabapentin was making me feel weird, the rls is mostly confined to my legs which is great, so far I'm not getting a huge amount of sleep, mostly 1.5hrs at a time before symptoms wake me, I'm taking tylex

I take tylex and cymbalta but I'm finding doing stuff difficult painfull and very tiring. any advice appreciated.

Just realized I never completed my profile so here is what brought me here. After waiting 8 weeks for a MRI Fusion biopsy the results showed mostly Gleason 9 (4+5) and one Gleason 9 (5+4). Bone Scan was negative and CT showed a suspect pelvic node when reviewed by Memorial Sloan Kettering radiologists

I am now having a handful of tylex and wiping the experience from my memory.

Hey had my tube clipped on Tuesday and still in alot of pain from it I'm bk in 6 weeks to be started on meds, I'm taking tylex tramadol for pain but I'm getting severe stretch paints if that makes sense to anyone

My new GP has been really sympathetic with me is trying different things doing tests etc I have tried different analgesia but have had allergic reactions to them so tylex seems to be the only thing i can take without having bad reactions im trying chair yoga and going to be taking up aqua in local pool

Taking cymbalta amatriplitine and tylex for many years and have being doing better with these meds. all do still struggling with Fatigue . Would so much love to work again even though I'm 60 and already worked for 35 years before my illness made it impossible.

Can I take tylex if I have a bad lung infection. I need something strong for rib and stomach pain from coughing and ibuprofen or paracetamol won't work thanks .

And Tylex (maybe one or 2 daily) if I had breakthrough pain to Butrans 5mg pain patch,now I am also taking Effexor 125mgs and Mirtazapine 15mgs at night anyway I started on the patch Saturday last it's only dulled the pain a little and my anxiety levels have gone through the roof!

Anyways I'm here to get any information I can, I've been on amitripliene eh spelling again, lyrics an decided just to stick with tylex for pain. The side effects of the medication is too much for me I'd prefer my sanity an be in pain than be spaced out all day.

She is taking Tylex for the pain and Movicol as a laxative. Also trying flaxseed oil capsules with meals twice a day and 3-4 Senokot at night. We have also researched fibres (soluble and insoluble) but are bit confused by it all. I’m sorry if this has been asked before.

There is not a bit of me that's not hurting right now despite enbrel jab and tylex yesterday. Looks like a bike ride to get the endorphines going! I'm completing two motiffs a day just to see how the day improves (or not!) My daughters dog is whining so will have to take her walkies.

I've been takin of all my meds like morphine tylex ect ect ect& givin co codamol!! Co coda mol may b Gud 4a toothache but defo not strong enuf to ease my pain!! I hava appointment wit doc again later today & really have hit a brick wall.. Wat do I need to do/say look Tis is me now!!

I find I still have to take my prescribed anti-inflammatory and Tylex (co-codamol 500/30) on a daily basis and am getting no real pain relief from the Lyrica and not feeling any better, if anything I am getting worse, waking at night again with pain.
