I have nerve damage after an accident, made worse after a 2nd unrelated accident. It causes pain in my face and neck, and sometimes my ears. I have hyperacusis in that ear as well. And the right side of my face, my right arm and my throat and nostril on right side also have weakness, tingling etc.

Physio didnt help me, but acupuncture did. I no longer have it, because of the cost. I take Tylex during the day, and Tramadol at night, to help me sleep, and I take amitryptyline at night as well.

I now have a personal rehab trainer who has his own studio in a local gym, and he works one to one with people with disabilities. He helps me maintain my mobility, which is important to me.

Please don't use alcohol, especially not with those tablets - you risk affecting your liver and kidneys.
