Advice please with cold and PMR
For the first time in nearly a year, I have a cold and where I before just go on with it, I am feeling terrible! My body aches so much from my shoulders to the groin and neck and wondering if is this normal when having an autoimmune disease. Should I increase my prednisone until this passes as not sure

Does anyone here continue to have blood in their phlegm after recovering from pneumonia?
I finished taking my medication a week ago, and I haven't been getting much phlegm these days. But now I see blood spots in the phlegm, I have an x-ray tomorrow.I am very worried, my mind sometimes drifts to dark thoughts.

Anxiety Strategies
Hi folks, After reading the excellent article posted four months ago by Sydney75 (link below), it got me thinking about a few things... https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0753332220309690 2 years post-diagnosis I'd still say anxiety is my main issue. Motor stuff not giving me too

Chest infection without steroids
Hi, I am recently diagnosed with asthma - back in September with an awful 12 days in hospital after a cold became bronchitis. Was on oxygen etc. I am a man in early 40s. I had another cold in early November which afterwards led to coughing up thick green stuff and bad wheezing. Took steroids and antibiotics

Headcold and Cough
Good evening Everyone. Hope you all had a good Christmas. I know its difficult to give individual suggestions. But I came out to Spain for Christmas and New year and now have a cough and headcold. Which is producing a lot of mucus from my blocked nose. I am using Sterimar nasal spray. But not helping

I seem to be more ill since starting Levo
Before Levo I was hardly ever ill, rarely had a cold or flu but since starting Levo Iāve had the flu quite badly and Iāve had a constant cough since going on about 2 months. Now Iāve got a stinking cold over the holidays. Has anybody else had this or is this just a co-incidence?

Flare , cold and skiing !
Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas š. Just looking for some advice - i have started with a terrible cold today, and also think i am flaring up as my shoulders and neck have been really sore for the last 7-10 days, reminding me of the early days. I am off skiing on 30 Dec and wondering what to do.

Krebs Cycle
Has anyoneās heard of the Krebs Cycle, also known as the Citric Acid Cycle? Itās a series of biochemical reactions that happen in the mitochondria and is critical for the formation of energy. Krebs has a book called āThe Principles and Applications of Ozone Therapyā. The cycle converts NADH to NAD
