I am two years after chemo and since the I have been taking Niraparib highest dose everyday. I sometime have had cold feet but they seem to be cold a lot more recently than they have been before. I also have a reddish colour under both my big toe nails and they are a little brittle. I have tried to google if it may have something to do with the meds or I have read it could be diabetes. Anyone else had anything similar?

Whilst on niraparib I had one of my toenails go funny, and in the end had it removed. Not ever confirmed 100% that it was the drug, but I would get it checked out just to be sure x
hi I’m on olaparib have been for 12 months and I really struggle to keep warm , haven’t noticed anything with nails .. yet !
I wear plenty layers always thermal underwear and Ugg boots because my feet are like ice .. I make sure I keep busy takes my mind off the disease and keeps me warm
I’ve been on Niraparib since May 2019, and I definitely have incredibly cold feet. I still have a little neuropathy too, in toes and fingers, from chemotherapy, which doesn’t help. I’m a constant of user of bedsocks & hot water bottles, I’m afraid! Best wishes - Joy
