I did it in the living room and I am starting to like doing these exercises indoors, although I’m still attached to my outdoor gym! 🌲 🌳
But I have found that indoors provides so many things around you (chairs, sofas, benches, tables, children’s billiard table...). You can rope these into your exercises🪑 🛋 🎱 💪 and that made today’s workout actually more intensive than when I did the same one outside. In the garden, I had to constantly look for that perfect branch on a tree or that bench wide enough or or or ....
So now all I can think about is how to rearrange our living room!😁 Getting ready for that winter 🌧 ⛄️ ❄️

Yes, it's good to start planning for the winter ❄️ I can't believe how quickly the summer's been and gone! That workout is probably my favourite one of those 10min sets 👍
I’m on the IC so doing my workouts in a wheelchair in the kitchen, so that the dogs can’t interfere, which gives me opportunities I wouldn’t have thought of - like using a broom and a mop together - as well the old faithful tins and jars as weights.
Hang in there 🤗 😘 . Just had a look on your time line and one of your posts inspired me to get some resistance bands of my own. Hope you don’t have to be very long in that wheelchair; but kneecaps, they need to be taken care of. It does sound painful, so I’m sending you my best wishes.
I’m still such a newbie in running and am always anxious of having injuries. Sometimes I think our hearts and lungs and general cardio fitness races ahead of our bones, ligaments and muscles. And at my age they really struggle to keep up. (I must be the slowest HU runner...)
And then for others there are dogs added in the mix 🐕 😉. I bet your dogs are missing the runs as much as you are.
Stay safe, sane and as fit as you can! Running will be there when you’re ready.
