😬 Oh no! In my ever-so-well planned journey through the NHS 12-week workout series I ended up doing the wrong workout today! I know it should not matter, but ...🤦🏽‍♀️... So I ignored my butt, but focussed on my bums, legs and tums! nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/1...

Other than that, nice workout!
