After a lovely real 😃 visit from a B210k runner friend (real.... yup real, real, live, in person! 😁), which resulted in such a lovely (socially distanced ✔️) garden afternoon chatting about routes, runs and bull races, (thank you, friend) I finally did my 40 minutes of workout for my bums, legs and tums. Yup, NHS thinks I have a plural of bums and tums..., but after this workout, each one of my bums, legs and tums will be firm!

And my view wasn’t quite as nice as in my outside gym 🌲, but good enough! And I do like my new bit of free space for workouts! Autumn 🍂 can come, I’m ready! 🤗
