Yesterday I did a LBT class (legs, bums, tums) and this morning my little legs were a bit stiff. However I managed to complete this run no problem. Same pace as always and enjoyed it πŸ‘ Alarm next set for Thursday πŸƒ

Thanks - I thought it was BLT (bacon lettuce tomato) but unfortunately not !!!

Just as I remember it - rewarding once I've finished but hard to get going ! I think it's definitely harder mentally than physically. But I know I can do it !! We all can πŸƒ

Its been 4 months since I last ran. I dont want to start all over again, but I think I'll have a crack at wk 4. Fingers crossed!
