I want to share an update of where I am in this journey. I am hoping someone will relate and/or gain some benefit from my story. Also hoping

ALPHA LIPOIC ACID FOR RLS?
Has anyone ever taken alpha lipoic acid and noticed a great improvement in RLS symptoms? I'd like volunteers to help me to test it out. I have been noticing improvement, since my problem is inflammation.

How many carbs a day are considered low carb?
I have read through quite a few posts and I'm curious as to what qyantity a day group members consider as low carb. Personally I think its important as to whether the carbs are derived from natural food or food that has undergone minimal processing compared to highly / ultra processed foods (especially

Can I have info on Alendronic Acid?
GP rang to say that recalculations had been done on my Dexa Scan and now I have osteoporosis in both my hips! I asked for time to make my decision, so all info will be helpful to me. MY own inclination is to say no thank you, because of all the side effects, and because I am already on so many drugs

New insight into how anti-inflammatory effects of omega-3 fatty acids could help reduce depression
Research led by King’s College London has, for the first time, shown that when omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are given to patients with depression they are metabolised into molecules called lipid mediators and the levels of these in the blood are linked to an improvement in symptoms. Is omeprazole necessary?
Now that my GP has their own pharmacist I had a conversation with one the other day. She was concerned I wasn’t taking omeprazole and I explained my reasoning behind it. When first diagnosed six years ago I started it along with alendronic acid totally oblivious as to why. After a few months and realising

Advice about Alendronic Acid
I am 54 and had an early menopause, so after a rib fragility fracture was sent for a Dexa scan. My result is osteoporosis in the spine (t score - 2.6), osteopenia femoral neck (t score - 1.8) and left hip (t score - 1.0). My risk of major fracture within 10 years is 9.6%. I have been prescribed Alendronic

Hello everyone, hope you have a wonderful day ahead! 🤗 I’m so excited to make Chia jam this late afternoon as I looked it up on YouTube how to make it. It is so quick, easy, no mess, healthy and tasty. 😋👍 I love how no sugar added and no canning process needed. It can last in the fridge about one

L1 = -3.0, L2 = -2.5 Have been prescribed Alendronic Acid but I am really concerned about taking it. Need advice/shared experience.
In May 2020 I had a dexa scan which showed L1 and L2 vertebrae as -2.0 and -2.2 respectively. After starting on 15mg prednisolone in August 2020 and reduced to 7.5mg in October I asked my rheumatologist if I could have another dexa scan. My mother had osteoporosis as a result of being on steroids,

Omega-3 Poison for Cancer Tumors
What do you think? Omega-3 Poison for Cancer Tumors Thanks to the support of the Fondation Louvain, the Belgian Cancer Foundation, and the Télévie telethon, the team quickly identified that these acidotic tumor cells responded in diametrically opposite ways depending on the fatty acid they were absorbing
