What do I need to ask my GP for full blood test
I was newly diagnosed in January this year with Thyroid peroxidase antibody level 109IU/mL <60.00 IU/mL which I believe means I am Hashimoto's! However my Plasma TSH level was not high enough to be medicated 4.38 mU/L 0.30-4.20mU/L I posted my January blood results previously. I have an appointment

Hello everyone. I just wondered if anyone had researched or had information from talking with cardiologists on taking vitamins with prescribed heart medication? I have just been diagnosed with heart failure with EF of 40%. I have seen various blogs and videos on u tube from doctors and cardiologists

NDT NOT WORKING FOR ME
I've been on NDT for about a month and half, starting with 1grain, now up to 2grain and 10mcg time released T3. I was previously on 125mg of Synthroid and mainly got off that to see if not taking it would alleviate my insomnia(so far it has not). I was also hoping that being on NDT would bring up both

Calcium supplements post op
I'd like to know if anyone has had terrible leg pain after TT and post op hypocalcemia. I'm taking calcium with vit d3 in them, but my legs just ache constantly from the knee down. The consultant at endocrinology said to ask my GP, and GP said she didn't know why they should be causing me pain maybe

Any tips appreciated from other 'well endowed' ladies
Just starting w8r1, am a fairly plump lady. However, have been bothered by sweat rash throughout the hot weather. Normally this is resolved by using a mild steroid cream. Unfortunately one particular area needed a stronger steroid prescribed by my gp, this was too strong, stripped the skin off and it

Have any of you taken these vitamin supplements. Right now I’m with a flare up. I’m in lots of pain. I know I don’t get much natural sunlight. Lately I’ve been feeling overwhelmed so I’ve purchased these supplements to take plus I’ve been taking black seed oil. I will updated in the future. Have

Second Stage 4 treatment for us is now Yervoy
Short synopsis of where we are in treatment of Melanoma 3.5 years ago my husband felt an odd spot on the top of his head about the size of a pimple but blue/black in color. Nothing in the lymph nodes. It was staged 3B melanoma. Surgically removed. 3 months later he had developed in-transit melanoma

PCOS and my first Dietician visit
I am good about what I eat and drink each week but as nothing seems to be working…..decided there was no harm in going to see someone who can look at what I am eating and make recommendations on improvements. So 2 weeks ago I went to see a Dietician who specializes in PCOS. I I was a little anxious as

Swollen vulva
I've had issues for a long time with pelvic pain and have been using steroid cream on and off for an itchy vulva (just the right side, which is kinda off). I think it's cyclical eczema as it flares up in other places too but anyways I've also had a really swollen vulva. Literally feels like the vulva

What is the difference?
Difference between .5mg and 0.5? My past prescription was klonopin 0.5 (Yellow round) My pharmacy says they cant get it from the supplier anymore so I was given 1mg tablets (blue round) so I cut it in half making it a .5mg right? I don't know why this confuses me. :) i was taking it for anxiety,

Opinions on my Phimosis situation
Hello, I am 18 years old, and I have a tight foreskin. I saw a urologist two days ago, and he basically said I need a circumcision. He said steroid cream will probably not work, although he did prescribe me triamcinolone 0.1% and told me to try it for a month. Now, I would like to avoid a circumcision

Long flare up, natural remedies, flare ups and air travel
I’m relieved to see that I’m not alone with battling a flare up for one month plus. I’ve had occasional asthma since the age of 18, I’m now 50. I sometimes go years without any problems. I believe my recent summer long struggle is to do mold exposire when moving things out of an old house that has
