Coffee and DLE Lupus
Hi I suffer from DLE lupus but my nasty scars have now completely gone with the help of a steroid cream (Elocon) followed up with a non steroid cream (Protopic). I am so pleased I can now look in the mirror without feeling sick. I suffered with these marks for over six years until I found out what

Swollen itchy hot feet
Both my feet are swollen hot & itchy, my skin seems quite thin as they are also leaking with pus. Wearing any sort of footwear rubs the skin & makes them very painful but when I go out I have to wear shoes which aggravates them. I went to the Dr a few months ago with the problem, had blood test which

Algae Cal for bone density
I have been diagnosed with osteopenia and after a couple of months of high dose vitamin D3 (it had been very low) I was put on Calceos. My sister has done some research for me and suggests that Algae Cal may be more beneficial. Has anyone tried this and improved their bone density with it?

Adcal-D3 clashing
Hallo, my doctor has prescribed Adcal-D3. I have been taking MacuShield for eyes along with Centrum multivitamin for women over 50. Any views on taking all this would be welcome, just wondering if I should drop some of them.

And suddenly it returns
I’ve been crazy positive lately. I’ve lost close to 70lbs in the past year, I’ve been doing a ritual when waking up each morning to jump start a positive day and get me hungry for life, I’ve been exercising and people are noticing the differences. Yesterday, after the sky got somewhat cloudy, I noticed

Worried about not being correctly diagnosed.
Hi all I hope you are all well? So I've been to the doctors many times about different things that I personally feel are linked to hypothyroidism such as: Dry skin on inner thigh, both knee caps, on right ankle and forehead. Cold fingers, toes and end of node (even in this heat) Periods have become

Anyone had to resort to anti-depressants due to Endo and pain pushing them beyond braking point!?
I've been suffering for many years but am saddened to say I honestly have hit rock bottom. I have had another hospital admission due to a ruptured ovarian cyst. But again it was a fight to be taken seriously have scans ect. Once they read your history they automatically presume it's "just the endometriosis

Prompted by the Nalakrats / Tall_Allen Debate.
I leave my computer for a few hours & suddenly Bill48162 has 31 replies & Nalakrats is up to 64. When I immediately failed "curative" treatment at age 56, I assumed the
