I fired my oncologist
I'm wondering about adding Arimidex and/or Finasteride to suppress E2 and DHT since there are some theories that they, not
testosterone
, are what fuels PCa.

Penis Enlargement After Atrophy
Just had my first erection in 4 years after 4th injection of
testosterone
. Very disappointed in the decrease in size as I am literally 1/2 the man I used to be (lol).

testosterone boosters after ADT?
I saw some “
testosterone
support” from Wieder at the store and am considering it. It augments these two with some herbs and a lot of Vitamin B6 and B12. I’m wondering if anyone has tried this or has a view regarding PCa. I’m not sure about the B12 in particular.

In their study, 16 men with low to moderate metastatic burden received monthly cyclic intramuscular
testosterone
(T) injections, which elevated the ADT-suppressed T from castrate to supraphysiologic levels greater than 1500 ng/dl. The T levels fell back to baseline by 28 days.

Awful night sweats: hyper, hypo, other?
I have pretty awful sleep, possibly worse since recently starting
Testosterone
Replacement Therapy (HRT for men if you like). I'm a 56 year old man.

Can anyone relate?
I got diagnosed with pcos in august 2020 after having a blood test to show my
testosterone
was raised 3.7n/mol. I miscarried in April 2020 and from august 2020 up until this month (it's still happening now) I bleed constantly, I loose large clots etc.

Darolutimide as monotherapy
Since it doesn't actually stop
testosterone
production but instead just acts as an androgen receptor blocker in cancer cells, perhaps it would have fewer side effects and still act to put to sleep/kill the cancer cells the way traditional ADT does.

Hormone concerns prior to ICSI
So far I have found that on a day 21 test I have normal levels of estradiol but low progesterone and
testosterone
. So I have low pH/E2 meaning my body is acting like I am in estrogen dominance.

My anxiety is getting to me!
However last Thursday I had result of a private blood test I had paid for (it was mainly a
testosterone
one which incidentally is low but not low enough for NHS treatment), and my cholesterol was back up to 5.7 with triglycerides at 3.41 despite me eating like a vegan monk and not touching alcohol (I'd

Testosterone level after 2 months orgovyx - 25. Is this ok ?
I have been on orgovyx since around 2 months and my T levels are around 25. Is this ok or lower is better ? I read some people here report they have readings of 10 or below ! Have added Xtandi recently. Does that also reduce T levels further ?

Gleason score 8 and lots of questions...
He recommended Lupron but after I inquired about Orgovyx due to what I had read was a more benign side effect profile, he said that was another option but that
testosterone
levels tend to build up faster after discontinuation. Anyone have thoughts on Lupron vs. Orgovyx?

Value of LDH
A young oncologist where I had my PSMA scan requested PSA,
testosterone
and LDH tests to go along with the scan. My LDH was at the low end of the "range" (but we still didn't discuss it LOL). My question is what part (if any) will/should LDH play in my treatment going forward ?

Update on my Estradiol experiment
Today was 6 weeks and I had Estradiol and
Testosterone
blood tests. Estradiol was <24 and
Testosterone
was 16, where it has been since I began Orgovyx in late 2021. As of June 5, I continue to experience some nipple tenderness which began after the second week on the patch.

PSA-Nadir vs Testosterone-Nadir comparing Non-CRPC to CRPX men
These plots show the linear relationship between median PSA-Nadir and median
Testosterone
-Nadir, pointing towards the Origin (i.e., 0 PSA-Nadir at 0 T-Nadir.). N= 38 men.

39 (460 on 7th June - a day before starting Relugolix ) Alkaline Phos - 325 ( 180 on 2nd May) Fasting Blood sugar - 135 ( 115 on 2nd may ) I guess this means the Relugolix is being effective ?

Started MRI Guided SBRT at MSK
With Orgovyx, I'm hoping to have a faster recovery of
testosterone
when I stop than I would otherwise experience with Lupron and other ADT meds. I have been consistently working out with weights with the help of a trainer to offset loss of muscle mass, weight gain and fatigue.
