UPDATE: June 5, 2023: I am continuing to take Orgovyx and my most recent PSA was again. <.02 in April. Also in April, I restarted my experiment with Estradiol patches as a treatment for osteoporosis and ADT SEs. I started on one 0.25 patch twice per week. Today was 6 weeks and I had Estradiol and Testosterone blood tests. Estradiol was <24 and Testosterone was 16, where it has been since I began Orgovyx in late 2021. As of June 5, I continue to experience some nipple tenderness which began after the second week on the patch.
This seems like a decent E2 blood level so far. I'm also wondering how long does the nipple tenderness persist?

My nipple tenderness lasted a few months. It stopped a couple of years ago. I do sport a couple of small breasts that poke through a thin shirt, but not much.
I have huge tits..........nipples were tender to the touch for about 2 years. I even had a mammogram of them. I trip over them once in awhile.
I'm 84 and fighting those tiny fuckers for 22 years. On Lupron and Casodex for 15 years but changed from Casodex to Nubeq"/"a ("/" = u) a little over a month ago.
I'm also looking for a miracle, that's why I scour the obituary section of newspapers looking for my ex-wife's name.
