Hello, my dears! I have to ask u for some informations because I am very confused. My father îs on Xtandi for 6 months. After the first three months psa came down from 10.87 to 7.15. Yesterday, after another 3 months, his PSA îs 6.87. Stiller very high, I think. I guess it should have go down much more

Starting TMS Therapy
After I signed up for the TMS, I had a realization that I had changed my
testosterone
treatment the first of December and that a number of the symptoms I was having (fatigue, low mood, brain fog, anxiety, etc...) were similar to how i felt before starting
testosterone
therapy so I went back to the clinic

Blood tests to monitor while on ADT..etc
I'm meeting with my RO in March, for the 3-month reivew, so I will test PSA and
testosterone
, but I also wonder if there are any other tests I should consider/monitor. I have a physical scheduled in March as well, so I will do the standard panels but also plan to check my Vit D and ApoB levels.

Is Xtandi necessary or even helping me?
I started on Prostap (Lupron) last July and my
testosterone
dropped to less than 1.0 by October while on just that. My PSA was also below 1.0 by then. My MO started me on Xtandi towards the end of October and my T and PSA appear to have pretty much flatlined since then.

Anyone have mBAT experience?
Morgentaler's mBAT (four 2-week cycles of
testosterone
followed by four weeks of Xtandi). Has anyone here had experience with this protocol? Is it something I should consider now, or should I wait for progression on olaparib?

Maddening Contradictory Advice
Latest update on my still hormone sensitive lymph nodes-only but widespread metastatic cancer is the Dexa scan showing I now have Osteopenia (no doubt occasioned by ADT regimen and lack of
Testosterone
).

Pcos with regular but very light periods?
I had elevated
testosterone
levels on a blood test but everything else was fine (I have no unwanted hair growth). I started very lightly spotting a month ago and to the day I'm now having a period with bad cramping and sore breasts (but again, VERY light brown spotting)! Has anyone else had this?

Docetaxel or not?
My PSA is less than .02 and my
testosterone
is 0. My father and my brother have both had prostate cancer as well. I think the radiation was successful. I am steady at PSA of .02 and
testosterone
at 0. I have my third Lupron shot coming up in May. HERE IS MY QUESTION?

Firmagon and PSA
Good news my PSA went from 14.5 to .89 and
Testosterone
dropped to 7 after first treatment. I am scheduled for radiation treatment the end of April. I read your Post daily and I’m amazed at the strength everyone shows here in their struggles . I hope that today is a good day for all.

Elreada: minimal effective dose
Testosterone
Cypionate is a Class C drug here and the only alternative would be risking the prolific fake market that bodybuilders have to negotiate.

Boosting Low labido, Testosterone, progesterone
Apparently low
testosterone
is often the culprit for loss if labido and sensitivity to sex, having sexual thoughts and being able to orgasm! I know oestrogen can have a negative impact on thyroid function but I am debating the mini pill or mirena as progeterone only.

My TMS Therapy update
I think it is a combination of getting back on my original
testosterone
therapy and also the TMS plus using the coping/acceptance skills I have learned along the way.
