Hi everyone. I need help. I am overweight and pre-diabetic. I am eager to make change but I dont eat vegetables and every recipe I look at includes vegetables. I have to cut down on carbs I think, which doesnt leave much else. Please any suggestions

Help? What are the five best pieces of advice that have helped your Diabetes?
I am new and desperate to help a friend who is depressed about getting Type 2 diabetes. They see it as a death sentence and she was terrified when she heard she eventually could lose a limb. Has anyone tried the NHS/BHF on line heart age calculator?
I put my details into the on line calculator and was completely astonished by the result. It concluded that my heart age is 18 years older than my actual age!!! One of the questions is "Have you ever suffered from AF?"...so I confirmed in the yes box. I put all the same details in again, this time answering
