am 60 + type 2 on metformin. Also hypothyroid and have undergone by pass. Though my sugar levels are somewhat under control(not fully--Hb1AC 9) my problem is laziness/depressive feeling particularlywhen it comes to go for bath. Is it due to diabetes or hypo thyroidism?

Low Blood Sugars
I know my GP is not able to deal with this now, so I'm just looking for some advice. For about 2 weeks now, I have been continually having low blood sugar levels. I do have an ongoing bladder infection, which I have had 3 courses of antibiotics for and still not cured. I have managed to lose 3 stone

Hi all, I’m pleased to say I’ve just started the C25K programme and had my first run yesterday. Really enjoyed getting my training shoes back on for the first time in a LONG time and happy to find that everything still works ok, albeit a little slower and a little bit harder to start! Low Carb virgin seeks advice
We've added low carb to our intermittent fasting as already stated some 3 weeks back. I weighed myself this morning and have lost .3kg. I know PMRpro posted in response to a previous post about the steroid effect and only vaguely understood it. Last night whilst not being able to sleep I used Carb

Type 2 Diabetes potential home remedy cure
Type 2 diabetes (also called diabetes mellitus) results from the perfect storm of not enough movement, too much of the wrong foods, emotional stress, lack of sleep, toxins, and genetics. Diabetic and running?
Quick question for any one who runs or knows someone who runs with T1 or T2 diabetes. Now I am up to the 30 minutes running what changes to my type 2 diabetes can I expect to see? What changes have you seen? Good or bad, I would like to know, I know that I will now need to pay extra attention to my feet

Left or Right
I have type 2 diabetes and recently have been checking my glucose levels. I get different readings if I check from my left hand finger then immediately from my right hand! This morning left was 9.4 and right was 8.1. Is this usual?

At last Low Carbs!
Finally I have decided to add in Low/No Carbs, Keto to our Intermittent Fasting regime. I do hope it works. We've been doing it since since Thursday and so far so good. I see 1 kilo less than a week or so ago (I don't weigh myself very often). Despite now being at almost 7mg from 15mg I have put on
