I came across this very intersting article published on Low Carb Diet for Type 1 Diabetes authored by Ms Christina Crowder Anderson published on March 4, 2020.

The article says both Low Carbohydrate diets and a Plant based Low fat High Carb Diet can work well for type 1 diabetes and adults are entitled to choose whichever dietary pattern fits best with their life.
