Does anyone experience-sensations in feet? 'tightness' and inability to move foot?
Since
tendonitis
occurred (which has now settled) I have hardly been able to point my toes or flex my foot.

Wrist pain
It hurts a whole lot and I'm wondering if it could be wrist
tendonitis
. I don't have any numb or tingly sensations in my hand or fingers, and the pain only occurs on the back of my wrist. Any ideas as to what it could be?

16.4 Goodbye knees, Goodbye spine.
Friday morning. Time for round 16.4 of Crossfit Open. and what delights do we have this morning? 55 deadlifts 55 wall ball shots 55 calorie row 55 Handstand pushups as many reps as possible in minutes Hmmm. That just looks like a whole world of misery. One spine-crushing, arm numbing exercise for awful

Hi guys Today was my first run out after 7 weeks off with
tendonitis

Ankle pain after W5R3
My legs held up very well after the 20 minute run, but my ankles started hurting one day later. Today (2 days later) they still hurt and feel heavy but only when I walk. There's no swelling and I'm not limping. I jogged around the house a few times to see if I should go for a run, but I decided to delay

Time to solve my hip and knee problem
I now have bursitis and
tendonitis
mainly in my left hip and knee. Arthritis in my toes and flat feet. Which is driving me nuts as I can't sleep with the dull nagging pain! All of theses things would be improved if I lost weight and gave up sugar. So here goes.

Just one of the reasons I love to run :)
My posts on here have got fewer and far between but I'm still going. Still reading the occasional post when I have time and would still like to say to all you newbies out there... keep running, keep smiling, you never know where this running journey will take you. I'm in the last throes of my HM

Painful shoulders
Occasionally I had trouble reaching into a cupboard but now it seems more or less pain free when I wake but after a while of moving I'm in a lot of pain and can't lift my arms, especially the left one which has always been my good one as many years ago had
tendonitis
in the right which turned to frozen

My 1st Runniversary

recently diagnosed, scared of medication
Long story short, after three months of pain, several different diagnosis (planter fasciitis,
tendonitis
, etc.), and no improvement- only worsening, I took it upon myself to go to a rheumatologist (at this point, I wasn't able to walk without excruciating pain in my left foot).

Injury verdict....
Anyway after much examining, poking, prodding, twisting, pushing and pulling (him) and standing, balancing, stretching and hopping (me) the conclusion is that I have
tendonitis
.

In pain
Every month when I get my period im in tears, it feels like I have labor pain. I have been to the emergency every time cos I also have very big lumps of blood coming out. The doctors say its normal and give me pain medication but the pain don't go away. Has anyone else tried this?

Some unexpected good news
I have also had problems with
tendonitis
, gout and pain around the rib cage. Despite all this I have managed to stay active and regain my former weight. I recently reduced to 3.5 mg using the dead slow method but I began to feel as if I would have to increase again.

Final foot injury update!
Yes, folks, I reckon I can confidently say I'm over my achilles injury. It's just an occasional dull ache now, and I've run four times since I started back, though I was surprised how hard it was to get running again. I had a very gentle 3k run last Thursday, concentrating very hard on not unduly stressing

Activities that help with joint pain?
I currently have a diagnosis of
tendonitis
for my wrist, and past ankle pain has been put down to being flat-footed, although the pain did cease and has come back, and my feet don't seemed to be that bad in that regards so I wouldn't necessarily say it is definitely due to that.
