I have biomechanical problems and ?severe tendonitis in my left knee causing difficulty with walking any suggestions?

sorry to hear about your knee.  have you thought about seeing a physio and podiatrist that can help you get some proper foot wear that will help give your knees a bit more support.  Also have you spoken to your dr about your knee issues.

A physio would be the place to start.  They can assess your walking and see what kind of aids (or exercises, or both) might be useful.
