Well I'm back... After making it to wk 9 then developing tendonitis, recovering (or so I thought) restarting and lasting 2 weeks before I was back at the Physio at square one I am starting again tonight at W1R1. With the GN10K and the GNR on hold hopefully after 6 wks rest and taking it real slowly I can gently ease this body back up to week 9 and beyond!! Wish me luck..,...😊
