All the way back to the beginning
Then got peroneal
tendonitis
(ie lots of leg pain) and had to stop because I couldn't even walk. I'm going out tonight for the first time in months. Doubt I will be able to run much at all, and hate thatI have the nervous/excited feeling back again. Hope it goes ok.

Finally did it after nursing achilles
Tendonitis
. Ran on the treadmill just in case it flared up again, set at 2% gradient and even managed to up the speed for last five minutes. Three more runs to go😊

At Long Last !!
B) lots of niggling injuries, Pulled muscles, achilles tendon pulled, then
tendonitis
, etc.,etc., and NOT taking notice to SLOW DOWN! It's been an interesting journey, and thanks to all who have offered encouragement along the way and the advice given throughout this excellent forum.

Hi. I am a 63 years young male looking to attempt to start running yet again. Have managed to get about 3 weeks into the C25K but then fade off for various reasons, mainly laziness and lack of drive. Looking forward to trying again mainly for better health and fitness, and to shake some excess weight

The ‘gait’ to freedom!!!
After 6 months since starting to run my right lower leg started to ache every time I ran. I would rest it for up to a week but sure enough it would come back with a vengeance about 10mins into my run forcing me to turn round and hobble home. Reading posts on here encouraged me to go for a gait analysis

Bit of advice needed regarding PR flare - pain and swelling
My latest flare started last Monday in my left shoulder which quickly became so painful that the whole arm was incapacitated. This subsided on Tuesday day but moved into my left hand which on Wednesday became probably the sorest flare I have experience, this subsided too but returned to my left hand

Dodgy knee
Does anyone have any tips to help with a painful knee? I have previously had an ACL repair and cartilage removal which means my knee aches most days. I have just started couch 2 5k and wondered if anyone finds anything helpful. Does knee strapping work? Any particular stretching exercises? I am investing

Chonic tendonitis for a year
Has anyone else dealt with this issue? I've had this problem in ankle foot area. Extreme pain in ankle bone also. This effects standing and walking so much. Nothing has seemed to help much. Estradiol pills helped some with loosening my muscles and tendons, but need more help. With this and other FM issues

Recommendations?
On top of this, I have chronic
tendonitis
in my wrists and ankles which resulted in foot surgery so I really struggle with supportive shoes as all the nice shoes that I wish I had money for on places like beyond skin are just not possible for me.

Discharged!!!
Hi All, hope you're all managing with the cold weather. So went to clinic yesterday, discharged by rheumatologist because 'she can't find anything wrong'. I asked why steroids, hydroxy and methotrexate all improved my symptoms, the answer I got was 'it's just one of those things, and anyway hydroxy doesn't

Shoe Porn & 1st Run back after Achilles pain.
Some new Asics Gel Nimbus 20’s. 1st Run in them today after buying them to support my Achilles
Tendonitis
. I’ve had a week off icing everyday. 3 km today to ease back in, Achilles felt tight for about 1/2km but no real pain. Shoes are very different to run in, much softer under foot.

Trazadone for RLS?
Has anyone on this forum had experience, positive or negative, with taking trazodone at bedtime for the rls? I'm considering asking my GP for a prescription for this next. My "go to" has been 1/2 to 1 hydrocodone per night, and the current prescription is nearly finished. So I'll either ask her for

Knee problem
So 12 weeks on, I have been told I have arthritis everywhere and also
tendonitis
. Had an x-ray and the doctor does not know what the problem is and suggested I go up in pred to see if it makes any difference. I would appreciate your thoughts on the matter please. Best regards, Buenavista
