12 days after my foot injury from running too far and for too long on w9r1. 20 minutes non stop on the treadmill, boy I needed that. Just gotta wait and see if there's any reaction tomorrow. If not then w7r3 on Friday and w8r3 on Sunday in preparation to restart w9 next week! Here's hoping because I really missed the running. Worth repeating the lesson - stick to the plan guys and gals in order to avoid unnecessary fatigue and injury

Thanks v much Katnap. Relieved 24 hours after my 20 minute run that my foot feels good. 25 minutes tomorrow then redo week 9 next week. Hopefully not tempting fate to aim for graduation and inaugural Parkrun next Saturday! 🤞
