Hi All

Just showing off my new Black Friday bargain. Some new Asics Gel Nimbus 20’s.

1st Run in them today after buying them to support my Achilles Tendonitis.

I’ve had a week off icing everyday.

3 km today to ease back in, Achilles felt tight for about 1/2km but no real pain.

Shoes are very different to run in, much softer under foot.

Pleased to be back, I felt lost with no running. 😊

They look lovely - I used to love my Asics Gel Kayano's but I have converted to Brooks now! Happy running in them - hope your achilles behaves!🙂
