Hello, I'm 37 and have been experiencing worsening "arthritis, tendonitis, RLS" in my knees... mostly my right knee for about 12 years. Doctor's are stumped... knees don't hurt during activity, full range of movement. Although what started around late evening now starts to flare up around 1pm with an inflammation/unsettled feeling in my knees (very concentrated slow throbbing that makes me want to move my legs and be restless) so it's not in my calves or toes which makes me wander if it's RLS or not?

The pain gets worse and have to take my first .25mg of pramipexole at 3pm and then two more around bedtime. Pain is really bad, can't sit still for 5 seconds until meds start in (take hours to help) but rarely puts me in a pain free state of full relaxation. This makes me irritable, and hard to focus on anything. Laying on my stomach helps and stretching legs helps but obviously temporarily.

Docs are taking me off of pramipexole since .75 is max daily dosage and now on Ropinirole which has been way less potent.

Took two CBD "Charlotte' Web" 35mg tablets yesterday and honestly felt more relaxed with subsided pain, not as "ancy" but only lasted a couple hours after each pill (took one at 5pm and one at 8pm then had to take a few Ropinirole's to sleep for 5 hours then woke up as usually with knees killing me)

Any help here would be great... higher dosage of CBD maybe? Would obviously like more holistic approach.

Any RLS people out there with concentrated knee pain?

Thanks
